Can't Set Available Quantity to 0?

Occasionally, merchants have encountered a glitch on the Gateway platform where the Groupon Available Quantity remains set to “1”, even after the Merchant Available Quantity is set to “0”. 

Our technical team is working to eliminate this issue as soon as possible, but in the interim there’s an easy workaround that will allow you to properly set your Groupon Available Quantity to “0”.

Fixing the Issue

  1. Look up the product from the "Products" page on Gateway

  2. Set the Merchant Available QTY to any number HIGHER than 1 (don't worry, this will only be for a second!)

  3. Click "Update".

  4. Refresh your browser.

  5. Set the Merchant Available QTY to "0".

  6. Click "Update" again.

  7. Refresh your browser, and the product should now be unavailable.
