Can't Save Payment Info

When using the "Profile" page to setup a new Gateway account, some merchants may experience issues when trying to save their Payment Info. Generally, there are two potential causes for this issue.

Are you using the correct Legal Business Name?

On the Gateway website, click the "Profile" button on the left-hand navigation bar. From here, select the "Business Info" tab.

Next, find the row labeled "Legal Full Name". The name listed in this row should exactly match the Legal Business Name associated with your banking information. Please consult your tax documents to ensure this Legal Business name is reflected with 100% accuracy, including punctuation and capitalization. 

If your exact Legal Business Name is not correctly listed here, you must request to have this information updated before you can finish activating your Gateway account.
