Completing Terms & Agreement

When using the Self Service page to setup a Gateway account, some merchants may experience issues when trying to select “Agree” on the Terms & Agreement section. Fortunately, the solution to this issue is simple and straightforward.

To complete our Terms & Agreement, merchants must click both on-screen checkboxes AND open the link labeled “Groupon Goods Marketplace Merchant Agreement".

Once these requirements have been successfully fulfilled, the "Agree" option at the bottom of the window should become available for selection. Read through our Groupon Goods Marketplace Merchant Agreement, then click "Agree" to complete this section.
