Intellectual Property

Groupon requires marketplace merchants to follow certain guidelines to avoid infringing the intellectual property rights of any third party. Intellectual property includes brand names, logos, images, or text appearing on products, on or as part of product packaging, or as part of the product listing. The merchant is solely responsible for ensuring that the products themselves, the images of the products the merchant sells, and any product listing text the merchant creates, do not infringe any third party's rights.
