If you receive this error when trying to bulk upload your file, there are characters in your file that Gateway does not accept.

Sometimes these characters look similar to accepted characters, but are not identical and therefore will trigger an error. Other unaccepted characters will appear around this character in order to identify it. 

For example, if the characters "intake—the" were included in a line, the "Â" is indicating where the unrecognized character is (in this case, —). To fix this, delete the problematic characters (—) and retype the dash in order to get rid of the error. The new value for this would read "intake- the".
