If you receive a "Something went wrong" error message when attempting to save a product group, try saving again.

If the same error appears:

  1. Copy the Update Product Group page URL

  2. Open a new tab

  3. Paste the URL into the new tab and press Enter

This will show a refreshed version of the page without the possibility of losing information. If the information is still not saved in the new tab, escalate the error message by submitting a Helpdesk ticket.

If you receive this error message and the information does not save, submit a Helpdesk Ticket. Be sure to include a screenshot in your ticket, as it is allows our team to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible.
