Policies Against Using Celebrity Images

Groupon does not allow the use of images with celebrities in them. If a non-celebrity appears in an image, you must obtain a signed release form granting you permission to use his/her image on the Internet.

Groupon Goods Marketplace may occasionally allow the use of celebrity images under specific circumstances, such as: when the celebrity’s image is featured as part of the product or packaging; when the celebrity’s image is the product itself. These cases must go through the legal IP approval process before being featured on the deal page.
