If you are having issues exporting orders from Commerce Interface (CI) in your Google Chrome browser, please follow the instructions detailed below. You'll need to update your browser settings in order to allow content to be downloaded from CI.

How to allow downloads that are classified as insecure by Chrome

1. Enter chrome://settings/content/insecureContent?search=insecure+content in your URL bar or go to Chrome Settings > Site Settings > Additional content settings.

2. Navigate to Allow. Click Add and enter https://scm.commerceinterface.com

3. You should now be able to successfully export files from CI! If you are still having issues, please reach out to our support team.
