Product Title/Name Requirements

  • Never use the wording “Swarovski elements,” use “Swarovski crystals” instead.

  • Never use all capital letters while mentioning Swarovski brand (i.e. SWAROVSKI).

  • For branded products, the following must be met:

  • Brand of the manufacturer of the product must be included

  • Item’s category of product must be listed (i.e. necklace, earrings, etc.)

  • “made* with crystals from Swarovski” or “with crystals from Swarovski” must be included in product title.

  • Alternate wording is NOT allowed.

  • Example deal below:

  • For non-branded products, the following must be met:

  • Item’s category of product must be listed (i.e. necklace, earrings, etc.)

  • "made* with crystals from Swarovski” must be included in product title.

Image Requirements

  • Never include the images used by Swarovski in its advertisements/websites.

  • Never include images with “made with Swarovski elements” logo, unless the vendor has permission (license) from Swarovski to use it.





  • If the packaging is shown in one or more images, it must include the brand of the manufacturer of the item only, and not Swarovski brand, or be non-branded (no brand shown in the packaging). 

    • Examples below of branded and non-branded product images.



Rejected Products/Product Groups Troubleshooting

  • Confirm your deal does not contain any of the prohibited words for Fashion Jewelry:

    • Swarovski Elements

    • SWAROVSKI (in all caps)

    • Gems

    • Gemstones

    • Precious Stones

    • Semi-Precious Stones

    • Natural

    • Actual names of Gemstones (I.E, but not limited to: Amethyst, Jade, Sapphire, Pearl, Amber, Turquoise, Emerald, Moonstone, Topaz, Fire Opal, Opal, Quartz, Ruby, Peridot, Onyx, Citrine, Tanzanite)

    • Diamond

    • Diamond-like

    • Simulated Diamond

    • Antique

    • Vintage

  • Do not include Swarovski in your bullet points

  • Item description must also read as “made* with crystals from Swarovski” or “with crystals from Swarovski”(if listed in description)

  • Be sure your product/product groups description follows the Product Description Guidelines (limit product description to description and/or functionality of item)

  • Confirm Metal type in Title matches Metal type selected in Attributes section and listed in bullet points of deal
