What you should know before creating a deal:
You must complete the “Vendor Profile” section of your Gateway account before creating products. Products will not launch until this section is complete.

What you should know about creating a product:
Products are created in the Gateway platform
There is a Single Product Creation Guide that can take you through all of the steps of creating your product.
Use the Product Title Guidelines to create the best title for your product.
Use the Product Description Guidelines to create the best description for your product.
Your inventory will be broken up into Products and Product Groups. You can learn about how to use them properly here.

What you should know about the product screening process:
Once you’ve submitted a product for review the status of the product will be listed as “Pending”
Products are reviewed within 7 business days (SLA) but general turn around is a shorter time frame.
You will know when the product has been approved when the product moves from “Pending” to “Approved” status.
If the product is rejected you will need to fix the problem listed in the rejection reason and resubmitting the product for review.
Whenever a product is resubmitted for review the 7 business day time frame resets.

Use the full list of product categories to find the right category once you know what general category your product is in.
